A few months ago I decided to let Base Property Group rent out my house. I asked around town and was told Base Property Group were the best around my area. I attended their office unannounced and spoke to Gina, Base Property Group Office Administrator. Gina introduced me to Nichole, the Senior Property Manager. Nichole gave me a wealth of information in the rental market as I have never had dealings within rentals. I have nothing but respect for Nichole and her team as all the stress and hassle was taken off my shoulders thanks to Nichole. Nichole provided me step by step progress in regards to rental applications. My house was rented without delay.
